Victor & Megan Pacheco

Victor is a high school graduate of Pensacola Christian Academy’s Abeka Homeschool program. He uses the knowledge gained in this formative Christian education in his everyday life and it has greatly shaped his testimony. Victor was Saved by God’s Amazing grace in 2003 at an old-timey Revival meeting. Victor’s father served as Senior Pastor for an Independent Fundamental Bapist Church for over 30 years (now retired), and Victor’s sweet Mom’s been praying even longer. Victor has an extensive background in retail sales and business management. Victor was part of Lowe’s Companies, LLC for 11 years, holding management positions in Georgia, Florida, and Virginia. In 2017, Victor & Megan stepped out on faith and opened Belmont Café. They serve big ol” juicy handmade burgers, wings, and pizza to the Bristol area (café coming back soon), bringing Victor’s handiwork and kitchen skills to light – he’s been cooking since before he could see over a stove. Along with daily management and mechanic duties at Belmont, Victor serves as faithful member, Music Director, Pianist, and Trustee at Community Baptist Church, in Bristol, TN. In his free time, Victor enjoys welding, riding his old tractor, farming, hunting/shooting, working on square-body Chevy trucks, playing music, and loving on his and Megan’s cats, Socks & Gracie (they say they rule the house!).

Megan is a graduate of Gainesville High School. Megan was saved by the Amazing Grace of God in her garage in 2008 after the Holy Ghost showing her that she was not saved. Megan’s parents both are active servants and leaders in their church and enjoy retirement. Megan’s Dad has served as a deacon for over 15 years. Megan has an extensive background in the medical field with her specialties being medical billing, coding, and primary care triage. Megan is bi-vocational being a Certified Ambulance Coding Specialist for a local ambulance company. With Victor in 2017, she was a critical part of opening Belmont Café where Victor taught her his secret family recipes. Along with daily management duties at Belmont, Megan also serves as a faithful member of Community Baptist Church, in Bristol, TN, providing vocal’s in the Music Department, Choir, and A/V Ministry. In her free time, Megan enjoys shopping – for anything, binge watching TV shows, shooting sports, collecting cast-iron cookware, cooking, and spending time with her and Victor’s sweet fur-babies, Socks and Gracie.
